Operations Transformation & Integration Leader
CurrentLeading corporate level, cross functional projects in the pursuit of increased productivity and increased value for our customers.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager And Master Scheduler
Continued managing the manufacturing engineering teams and absorbed responsibility for all production planning across the company’s then 6 manufacturing sites. I managed a team of around 16 individual contributors. Primary additional responsibility from previous role was standardizing the production planning process so we could effectively maintain inventory levels in and out of season. We utilized a level loaded production methodology due to our capacity constraints relative to our in season demands. The primary goal for us was to ensure we could meet our customer service goals while maintaining consistent labor and material flow from our supply base. In June of 2021, we began working on an MRP implementation that would provide forecasting and ordering signals while also performing the then manual level loading for production planning. I was responsible for all aspects of the implementation related to manufacturing. The project will effectively reduce our inventory by 20% or more while allowing us the ability to systematically see inventory projections for growth planning.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Managed the manufacturing engineering team (5+ individuals) for the local Conyers plants. Responsible for continuous improvement utilizing LEAN methodologies, process stability, scrap reduction, and company wide CAPEX related to operations - averaging $5M+ per year. Launched a new site in Leesburg, FL with cross-functional support from all areas of the company that resulted in substantial cost savings per unit in both production and distribution efficiencies. Designed and implemented material handling systems that blended and automatically transported 20M+ pounds of polypropylene across one facility. We also designed and installed an automated material handling system that delivers material to 9 injections molding machines.
Quality And Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Quality Engineer
Quality Engineer
Senior Specialist
At Denso I am primarily responsible for the audit benches for our new product launch and internal quality. I was responsible for the purchase and project management of 4 separate benches. Once the benches arrived at Denso I worked with our quality technicians to setup the benches and develop correlations with HQ in Japan for transparency between our parts and Japan'sI am also responsible for supporting any internal quality issues that may occur on any given day. The support that may be required frequently includes cross-functional genba activity to determine root cause and how to prevent re-occurence. I am also responsible, with the help of our quality technicians, for performing PV testing to provide data for customer PPAP.As a Senior Specialist in QA it is necessary to have a broad understanding of all of our processes in order to understand and be able to determine the effects of any quality issue that may arise. As a result of this needed knowledge I get to learn the ins and outs of each product line instead of only getting to learn about one line, which makes my job interesting to me.
Design Validation Co-Op
At Bosch I was responsible for the design validation testing for secondary suppliers for risk management purposes as well as design validation testing for the next generation of high pressure gasoline fuel products. The knowledge gained at Bosch about failure modes and their appearance along with the general understanding of how fuel injector worked helped prepare me for my current role in quality at Denso. While at Bosch I learned about DV testing according to customer requirements. I learned about SEM analysis and the many benefits that a SEM/EDX can provide for failure analysis as well as material analysis. I also used an Instron press frequently for various validation tests.
Process Engineering Intern
At Imperial my focus was on Lean Manufacturing. I was tasked with updating and documenting process conditions for all of the cold chamber die casting presses. I was also tasked with trying to implement SMED principles for faster changeovers of dies to increase productivity. I also evaluated warehouse storage space to try and optimize the available square footage and improve FIFO.
