After graduating from UNG as a distinguished military graduate, I served as an Army Aviator. After leaving active duty in 2002 qualified as an Airborne, Air Assault and Master Aviator, I started Pilot Settlements Group, focused on representing the catastrophically injured and their families in the perfection of Structured Settlements and Special Needs Trusts. PSG’s early success led me to spearhead the establishment of Forge Consulting. I dedicated 15 years of my life to building analytics, infrastructure, systems and service models to support the catastrophically injured and those left behind after an unexpected loss of life. I stood up Advocacy Wealth, Advocacy Trust, the Forge Advanced Planning Team and Private Client Group to offer clients asset protection combined with predictable income and growth with an integrated tax strategy.. As a growing number of clients asked for help with their retirement and business plans, I, with a small and highly competent team of advanced planners, established Armis Advisers. Bison Advisors was founded to provide a platform for Agent/Advisors wanting to provide knowledge based planning and atypical portfolios to their client base. Armis Advisers now serves as the Multi-Family Office arm of Bison providing multi-generational solutions for high net worth families with a concentrated focus on business consulting, liquidity events, tax analytics and entity structure. My wife Kelli and I reside in Hartwell, Georgia where we manage the Cateechee Conference Center, home of the Charity we established, Toughest Kids. Bison is a Registered Investment Adviser.
