Sit on the senior management board, I assist with the development and implementation of IT strategic and tactical planning. The successful implementation of a new national website with 60 micro sites; MS Dynamics developer; marketing platform Click Dimensions.

Direct information services and communications, spanning 5 divisions across Canada and 2 in the United States. Manage IS annual budget for day-to-day operational expenses as well as capital requirements. Act as the main liaison between customer base and IT team to navigate issues and provide appropriate solutions. Successfully introduced the Descartes Shipping System in 3 branches, increasing both picking and inventory count accuracy by 98%.
