I am currently a junior in the Accounting program at the University of North Texas with an expected graduation date of 2026. After I graduate, I will have an extensive understanding of the application and use of several Accounting techniques and technologies. Through my courses, I already have a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid grasp on economics and accounting principles.Over the course of my academic career and with the opportunities presented to me, I have cultivated and refined a variety of valuable skills that I believe will make me an asset at any finance or accounting firm. These include customer service, problem solving, and verbal communication skills from my employment at Whataburger, data entry and organizational skills from my internship at e-Courier Software, and proficient writing skills through various high school and college writing courses. Some of these experiences have earned me various honors and awards, such as the K-Award for Outstanding Performance in English IV in 2021 and President’s List at UNT for the Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters.Now, I am ready to put my skills to the test. I am seeking a challenging internship opportunity in the finance or accounting sectors to further my growth and experience in the real world.
