Preside as a senior safety and occupational health professional in one of the Army’s largest global commands in a multinational environment. I develop and communicate programs and policies for a number of diverse safety and occupational professionals globally. I supervise and monitor related training programs and a Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional network in a multinational . I lead audit teams conducting headquarter level evaluations of critical EHS program elements. I approve risk assessments that determine site periodic sampling strategies. Served as a staff member on the Army Safety Panel Committee researching and analyzing statics and safety concerns to integrate policy initiatives, long term organizational goals and training standards.

Directed and managed a 200 million dollar EHS multi-site project, related to correcting former Manufactured Gas Plants. Developed and implemented a safety management system that monitored and analyzed workflow, process, procedures and line activities, identifying and resolving behavior safety and risk management concerns. Supervised and managed environmental, health and safety investigations and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and NFPA. Performed surveys in accordance with NIOSH and ACGIH guidance to ensure environmental and industrial hygiene compliance. Reviewed all new construction, renovation and reconstruction plans for compliance with safety and health requirements.
