I’m always adding to this toolkit and I do this consciously because I love to learn but sharing what I learn is even more rewarding. I love my line of work but I have to say I’m quite fascinated by startups and the overall process they go through. It’s intriguing because I see it happening within large organizations—including Kaiser Permanente! I’m talking about the need to be more nimble and agile, and knowing when to shift gears, or pivot as they say.
