Responsible for managing budgeting and financial analysis process for multiple business units including information technology, product development, marketing and other business operations. Perform capital project analysis and make recommendations on strategies for profit-enhancing projects and capital purchases. Partner with various levels of management for strategic and tactical decisions. Responsible for the development and advancement of our financial planning and analysis team personnel. Our team is responsible for month end accounting expense and revenue entries. Work closely with AP, AR, AM and Accounting Policy to ensure transactions and procedures comply with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

Primary financial lead for Information Technology division budgeting, financial analysis and reporting. Develop and maintain division’s financial policies and procedures and ensure that procurement personnel functioned within standards. Reviewed and provided estimates for costs to complete projects and determine appropriate ROI. Provided senior-level management recommendations for strategic and tactical decisions.

Support for various division’s in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Assisted in evaluation of capital asset proposals and acquisitions. Analyze monthly financial statements and develop executive level summary of results. Develop PeopleSoft and N/Vision query and automated reports Interact with varying levels of management structure cost-benefit analysis projects and cost accounting projects. Evaluate internal/external costs to evaluate pricing proposals for new customers.
