Resolved customer complaints and defects for customer care department.• Land: Acquisitions, contracts, collaboration agreements, payments and infrastructure• Technical: Designing, managing designers, floor plans, kitchens and creating living spaces

Industry Placement year in Phoenix, Arizona on $5bn+ Micro Electronics Semi-Conductor factory focused on $200m+ Tool install. Change Order Management, working with client schedule, Procurement support and Quantity Surveying for Rigging, Crating and Tool Conversion Kits. Used initiative to change company processes increasing efficiency, recognised both internally and by sub-contractors leading to changes also being implemented on other projects. Increased quality of service by working with the project programmer to streamline processes which added to a case for increased billing rate. Due to client recognition of my work, additional placement students were hired on site.
