After the merger with Orange set up the part of the Atlas contract with Ericsson to build 915 3G antenna site locations for T-Mobile. Align the way of working and milestone terminology, make sure Ericsson is able to use and capture data in the T-Mobile roll out database and provide baseline data and manage expectations both ways.Steering Committee member for the 915 3G antenna site locations built by Ericsson as a project. .

Implement the MoU in the Libertel Verwerving & Bouw department. Assess incoming and outgoing Site Sharing and Courtesy requests. Set up a database, standardize correspondence and automate processes and tooling. Frequent progress meetings with individual operators.

GSM network planning: find and design suitable antenna site locations, do frequency planning, analyze, accept and optimize the site. Process sharing requests and a monthly progress meeting with KPN.

Set up and manage a regional team of Field Engineers and drive testers. Test and purchase measurement equipment, collect clutter data, collect and analyze network data of both Libertel and competitors, optimize network quality and responsible for management reporting.
