As an IT Service Desk agent at Datacom, I work closely with clients to ensure that projects align with requirements, stay on track, and foster positive relationships. I also equip my team with expertise in complex IT systems, system integration, and governance policies, enabling them to effectively manage a variety of IT environments and projects. My ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, has been key to improving user satisfaction, speeding up issue resolution, and boosting the efficiency of the IT service desk, particularly in my interactions with ATO end users.I earned my Bachelor of Information Technology from RMIT University in July 2023, with a major in graphic programming. I am passionate about building connections, meeting new people, and discovering ways to enhance productivity in daily activities. Through my education and work experience, I've honed strong problem-solving, IT service management, and data analysis skills, which I apply to deliver high-quality IT support and solutions. My goal is to use my skills and experience to drive the success of Datacom and its clients.
