Again, working with a team of web designers, I was responsible for moderating an online community created by our team, for our client: Napa Auto Parts. My duties included answering to users’ inquiries about the site / online forum, and moderating user posts for foul language and spam. I was required to have an extensive knowledge of not only the site, but also the tools available to moderators such as myself. Document Drafting was also within my responsibilities.

Working alongside Graphic Designers and Web Designers, I was responsible for calling hundreds of clients and ensuring that they were able to navigate to and through their in-house designed website, and also that the information displayed on their respective sites was correct, and reflected their individual needs.
