I am currently leading a young talented sales team in SMA China. My duties include managing the team to reach annual target, implement specific strategies in close collaboration with SMA Germany. In addition I am also responsible to develop and maintain positive market relationships with key stakeholders and EPCs in the solar PV and energy storage market.I have completed my Master study in Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of New South Wales in 2009. During my study I have gained in depth knowledge in grid connected and UPS/stand alone solar systems design. I have also obtained a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Auckland in 2006. I am an easy-to-approach and cooperative team player. I am optimistic, work well under pressure and I always approach challenges positively. I also have excellent oral communication skills and writing skills, as I have delivered several successful reports and presentations at work.
