Provided PC support for all modern versions of Windows including peripherals, TCP/IP network settings, Microsoft Office suite, network security/anti-virus, and provided training to end-users on software and security best practices.

Provided PC hardware and software support to over 1,100 end-users within the hospital, Home Health locations, and directly to physicians affiliated with the hospital. Managed users/groups with GroupWise, and supported a largely Windows Server 2000 based network. Provided training to end-users on software and network security best practices. Documented all support requests.

Administered Novell Netware 3.12 network, installed and maintained microfilm imaging software and related systems, maintained a Wildcat BBS system, provided general PC support, developed custom management reports for all departments, administered company health insurance program internally, and supported sales of microfilm and micrographic systems and supplies.

Assisted various Federal agencies with micrographics and records management support. Conducted micrographic feasibility studies, supervised and trained employees, scheduled and managed projects through to a successful and timely completion. Managed a major project in which 2.5 million WWI Draft Registration cards were filmed and archived.
