My responsibilities include project development, ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) excellence, interacting with partners, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Spearheaded the strategic development of the CCS East Asset, focusing on Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi CO2 transport and storage opportunities. Focused on alignment of cross-functional teams including Business Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Subsurface, Project Management, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Midstream, Facilities, and Drilling to conceptualize and execute CCS projects. Directed the development of the Harvest Bend CCS Project and facilitated growth opportunities within the asset.

Managed multiple CCS projects along the Gulf Coast, overseeing all project phases from inception to execution. Led cross-functional teams in areas such as permitting, subsurface analysis, drilling, completions, midstream, facilities and HSE compliance. Provided critical support to the Business Development team in evaluating new opportunities and played a key role in securing the first US offshore CCS lease.

Directed company production engineering, workovers, and recompletions, ensuring optimal performance while prioritizing safety and compliance. Led a team of Production Engineers and Technicians, driving initiatives to maximize production, reduce emissions, and accurately report production volumes.

Oversaw offshore production operations, superintendents, engineering, and well work activities in the Western region which accounted for approximately half of Talos production. Overseeing a diverse portfolio encompassing land, inland water, shelf, and deepwater production, I maintained a steadfast commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) excellence. Responsibilities included implementing effective asset management strategies and processes to enhance operational efficiency while reducing lease operating expenses.

Managed daily production activities and well interventions, leading the Production Engineering team to optimize production output while maintaining high safety standards. Spearheaded various wellwork projects aimed at enhancing production performance. Led a successful companywide cost reduction initiative focused on reduction of Lease Operating Expenses and capital costs, assisting Talos in weathering the industry downturn.

Led drilling operations across multiple environments, including the Gulf of Mexico shelf, inland water, and land. Managed all aspects of drilling operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and performance objectives.
