Led a Government / contractor team to design a satellite command and control enterprise architecture. Created acquisition strategies for building and evolving the core system. Tailored acquisition strategies for mission unique extensions needed to support assigned satellite missions. Led a 19-member source selection team through all procurement phases resulting in award of a 10-year $408M engineering services contract (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity).

Kirtland Afb, Nm

Led a 75-person Government / contractor team in developing and sustaining the $500M space test architecture across four geographically separated units. Managed the directorate's three contracts, which supported more than 100 space missions during this period. Also led two source selection teams, one of which selected a 105-person, $100M ops support contract and the other selected a 65-person, $55M engineering contract.
