Duties:- Ensure,1) All flights are dispatched in accordance with operations regulations applicable to aircraft operations. 2) Monitoring of flight disruption, and manage, depending on the circumstances, to maintain schedule and recover from disruption. 3) Ensure optimum utilisation of crew and aircraft giving consideration to engineering requirements, operations requirements and crew pairings. 4) Production of weekly operations reports, Quarterly operations reports, ad hoc reports on performance and trends 5) Work with Flight operations in respect to flight planning requirements. 6) Liaise with Apron Control in respect to stand allocation and parking. 7) Responsible of the arrangement of ground handling and ensure permits for ad hoc and ferry flights. 8) Maintaining of all relevant manuals within Operations Control.

Duties:-1) Preparation of all flight briefings.2) Organization of aircraft movement in the event of disruption owing to weather, technical or other factors to achieve the minimum loss of time and minimum interference to the schedule. 3) Maintaining flight movement watch4) Obtaining landing and over flight clearances for our aircrafts5) Control of crew fatigue by entering data and monitoring the records
