Operations Analyst- Computershare Corporation purchased the transfer agent and employee plan assets from Bank of New York Mellon in 2012. Led the team that data migrated the call center client statistical billing/dashboard database to Computershare’s platform and the project team transferring workforce call center data of Manila, Texas, Pittsburgh and Jersey City from Aspect to Invision software. Employee monitoring used Invision software instead of Aspect call center systems Transitioned Manila, and College Station Texas call center records to Invision system.

Operations Analyst- Mellon Financial was merged with Bank of New York. Coordinated the scheduling, attendance and vacation record maintenance using Excel and Aspect communications software for call centers in Manila, College Station Texas and Jersey City, NJ. Created and maintained a call center billing matrix in Excel that tracked and reported volume and quality statistics for use in client billing and contractual statistic measuring. Maintained a monthly and annual statistical database by client for Monitor 3 call center locations; Manila,Philippines; College Station, Texas and Jersey City, New Jersey.over 1000 stock transfer, employee program, corporate action, ADR and proxy clients. I worked with the team that migrated Bank of New York data systems to Mellon data platform. I integrated Bank of New York’s extensive ADR clientele and their Talk time billed clients into Mellon’s billing/ dashboard database.

Sales, rate quote solicitation and financial printingas well as expediting of Annual Reports and Proxy materials (including delivery to DIMAC) for CIC Express. I also worked for the Source One susidiary providing inbound and outbound customer service for Chase Mellon, WEBTV, SONY and Corporate Investor Communications and supervised proxy outbound operations and trained new customer service representatives in proxy solicitation and marketing Source One Services.

Loan Officer Originations $1.5 million. Total Pipeline $4.5 million. Originated FNMA and B, C, D mortgages for homeowners. Sales through telemarketing and broker and builder contacts. Designed sales scripts for mortgage solicitors and supervised team of mortgage lead solicitors.
