I have spent the last 25 years leading and developing Lovetts Solicitors, a company which specialises in debt recovery and dispute resolution for more two decades.In my time as the Managing Director of Lovetts, I have focused on two things: my staff and excellent service to our clients. Putting people first is at the heart of what we are, and what we do. Caring for staff means that the service they provide to our clients will surpass normal expectations. My dream has always been to provide a service that costs the commercial credit manager nothing. This can be done by astute use of their terms and conditions, careful customer documentation, and consistent use of collection procedures and legal processes. We always aim to give the best advice to credit managers on the optimum strategy for their cases and ensure that costs are kept to a minimum, and remain collectable so far as possible. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management serving for 9 years as a legal adviser to their Technical Committee, and have been a member of the Civil Court Users Association, the Law Society, and the Institute of Directors, and for some years a Judge at the British Credit Awards..Lovetts has been built by hundreds of thousands of successful collections. My leadership of Lovetts has aspired to create a collaborative, results-oriented culture of excellent service.
