Primarily established in his role as Senior Development Manager for Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG), he oversaw the development of numerous projects throughout the West Coast. With project experience in overseeing an aggregate of $200MM in development budgets and managing a portfolio of over 2.1MM SF GLA across 6 states, Charles has obtained a comprehensive expertise in working with various jurisdictions and product types. In particular, Charles has focused his efforts within the Los Angeles area, managing the completion of the Mark 302 (Santa Monica Sears adaptive reuse) core and shell construction, multiple Sears redevelopment projects, opening 9 retail tenants and working with the JH Snyder Co. construction team for the completion of The Vermont (464 unit high-rise apartments), Hollywood 959 (138,000 SF office complex), and 1601 Vine (low rise premier office). Charles provides valuable drive and insight into development of high-quality real estate with exceptional business practice.
