Greetings to my Pennsylvania work family and friends. As life long resident of the Commonwealth, my work passion in life is making government more responsive, citizen friendly, and innovative. Early in my career, I worked inside of state governments in three states including a tenure as the leader of the Commonwealth's Technology Center. As a resident of the Harrisburg Area for decades, my personal life includes two successful children, one aging dog, and an assortment of Central Pennsylvania interests including a pontoon boat, a collection of kayaks, and what else but Pickleball.As a Senior Consultant at Accenture, I assist the state and local government (SLG) market in building new opportunities to support our state and local government clients. I bring three decades of experience in helping agencies optimize the use of Information Technology to improve citizen services, as well as business development and project management with SLGs in the upper Northeast U.S. region. I specialize in transforming citizen services, optimizing application and infrastructure management, process improvement and performance accountability, back office, IT operational and citizen facing improvements including citizen services transformation.Prior to rejoining Accenture in 2019 (prior employment between 1995-2005), I led the SLG practice as a Principal at Mazars USA Public Sector LLC, North Highland, and SMART/Grant Thorton focusing on key geographies throughout the Northeast and Middle Atlantic region. In sum, my extensive client-side experience and in various consulting and executive positions in states or regional governments in three states demonstrates my commitment to improving the public sector. My mission is to help SLG organizations achieve their goals and optimize their performance either on the application or infrastructure side of managed services by leveraging my analytical skills, customer relationship management expertise, and government program process improvement knowledge.
