Working with the Group Chief Finance Officer, I handled / supervised the following for UBA Group, an Institution with operations in 22 Countries including the UK and US.Preparation and Analysis of Group / Bank Management Accounts and Reports on a Biweekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis.Preparation and Analysis of Group Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS.Coordination of Subsidiaries Financial Reporting.Valuation of Derivatives (Including Cross Currency Swaps), Investment Securities, Goodwill & Investment in Subsidiaries.Analysis and valuation of other equity investments.Preparation of Key Aspects of the Group Annual Budgets. Industry and Competitor Analysis.Implementation of Financial Controls accross the Group.Preparation of Executive Management Profitability Reports (MPR) for the Board.Coordination of HY and FY Group Statutory Audit of Financial Statements.Review of Treasury Blotter and Nostro Reconciliation.

Review and monitoring of all earning assets of the Group to ensure full compliance with IFRS 9.Implementation of Financial Controls accross the Group.
