Managed the Headquarters Department of the Army Data Warehouse (HQDAW) development effort with a project staff of five database engineers and web developers.Promoted to Program Manager responsible for numerous projects including the Army Knowledge Online enterprise mail solution. Responsible for the technical requirements and software development, allocation of resources and system design/redesign. Task LeaderDirected the continuing program and system design of the Goal Optimization (GO) and Final Inventory Projection (FIP) Modules on the CIVFORS System. Enhanced the mathematical model for the optimization process. Managed all technical resources for the two Modules.
