I have a PhD from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore where I gained expertise in nanofabrication of metamaterials and metasurfaces, characterization, and simulations. In parallel I also built quantum optical setups such as quantum eraser interferometers, polarization entangled photons setups with Spontaneous parametric down-conversion (SPDC) and ghost-imaging setups. I then was briefly a visiting scientist at Heriot-Watt University in the UK, before I joined the Institute for Quantum Science and Engineering (IQSE) at Texas A&M University where my work was funded by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR). I then went back to the UK for two years at the University of Glasgow until december 2021. In early 2022, I cofounded a company called Metahelios that develops leading edge camera modules for defense, climate, satellite imaging, research and LiDAR by benefitting from the company's pioneered technology, namely Pixel Metasurface-integrated Technology (PMiT).
