Charles Andrew St. John Fritz lead@eduleadinternational.com Currently, Dr. Charles Fritz is Lead Consultant at ELI Consulting Services LLC. This is an international boutique consulting firm that specializes in Education and Social Robotics. There are suites of services for both areas. ELI originated as the creation of a Robotic Psychology course that Dr. Fritz developed the curriculum for and then delivered. In addition, he is a high school Social Studies Educator in Westchester County, New York. He holds a Professional Educator’s Certificate in Social Studies 6th through 12th grades in New York. He has taught 6th, 7th and 8th grades, Language Arts, Special Education, Gifted, Honors and Social Studies in all certificated states. He earned an Associate’s Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College, both a Bachelor of Arts in History and Humanities with a minor in Fine Art and a Master of Arts in Education from Stetson University. He has also completed graduate work at Wycliffe Hall at Oxford University, England. He has earned a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Fritz's dissertation addresses vocabulary acquisition and concept mapping in Social Studies. He teaches at Manhattanville College in the Education Department. Dr. Fritz chaired the Edith Winthrop Teacher’s Center that develops high-quality professional development for teachers and provides grants. His current interests are advocating for technology in the classroom, a presence of education in the media, changing how we teach Social Studies and professional development for Early Career Educators. He has appeared on The Celebration for Teaching and Learning website, won the Master Teachers Fellowship through the Society of the Cincinnati and also won several awards and grants in his district.
