Recruited and hired by new leadership team to create and architect the next step distribution vision for Home Depot. Led the design creation, implementation and transformation of the network. Designed, constructed and operationalized of 23 new distribution centers in less than 30 months. Optimized 70 facility network which increased central distribution capacity from 20% to 70% of goods sold, creating an end to end flow through network. Built and developed a team of 8,000 associates with seven direct reports for distribution strategic business planning, P&L execution, leadership development, continuous improvement, facilities management, network engineering and capacity planning to effectively and reliably support 1980 stores. Accountable for $ 2.0 billion operational expense and $30 million annual capital spend.

As President of Paramount Picture’s studio group, led the studio's businesses and operations and implemented a turnaround strategy which expanded the studio’s service offerings, improved service, and increased profits in a very competitive market. Served a daily population of 4,000 and annual guest count of 110,000 with its 2.2 million sq. ft. of facilities.

Directed global operations of multi-tier supply chain including international transportation/customs clearance, home delivery and customer service call center operations. Performed key role in assessing enterprise viability and prioritizing alternative strategies in support of business turnaround strategy. Developed and optimized supply chain, reengineered traditional regional distribution network to national multilevel flow-through network, consolidated distribution of appliances, apparel, furniture, electronics and hardline channels into common facilities.

Directed global supply chain including international transportation, tariff classification, brokerage and domestic distribution for Meldisco and Footaction. Designed, constructed and implemented new global supply chain and domestic flow through network which addressed the organizations stated need to reduce supply-chain expense, improve store level in stock position, and inventory turns to support revenue growth. Provided supply chain consultant services to other divisions of Melville,including Bed Bath and Beyound, and Marshalls.

Provided supply chain consultant services from strategic planning through implementation in transportation, long range planning, distribution center design, and operational effectiveness throughout the supply chain. Clients included Sears, Kmart, Neiman Marcus, Toys ”R” Us, NutraSweet, Wolverine World Wide, Foot Action, Woolco , Canada , and Liver Pool, Mexico etc.
