Implemented Skype for Business for all of QBE's North American employees. Installed Digital Fuel's IT Business Management (ITBM) tool across all QBE regions. We delivered this large Infrastructure project within the desired time-frames.

Day to day management of multiple concurrent IT projects, specifically focused in the custom applications area.

Administer systematic time tracking for all project tasks, supporting budgetary and resource management goals. Maintain and update project status report and run weekly status meetings. Adopt, enhance and improve department processes. Responsible for regular reporting of project portfolio health to business and IT executive management communicating consolidated project milestones and deliverables as part of detailed project status reporting. Project Status reporting would include status and insights on critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc. Work in a highly matrix environment across cross-functional teams in both the technology and business areas. Simultaneously lead several projects with varied complexity, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management. Manage IT application development projects around systems and data architecture. Responsible for multiple capital budget projects simultaneously. Update and consolidate functionality in various systems related to provider demographics. Heavily involved with setting up recurring status meetings with the business, fielding questions from the business, as well as handling issues that arise from the business. Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues. Gather and update project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents. Speak to details of the project to both the business and technical teams from beginning to end of all projects. Obtaining maximum value from Information Technology project management services. Utilizing organizational resources appropriately. Management of key projects to ensure successful completion. Managing cross-functional inter-dependencies. Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time. Providing risk management and issue/problem resolution as required.

Plan and manage core product and/or client implementation deliveries in post sales cycles by providing project management services to ensure that client requirements on product, delivery and support are fulfilled to the satisfaction of the client and provide a point of interface between the client and product development.

Run complex programs and projects. Ensure that all efforts follow the standard procedures that are used in the management and deployment of all Spectrum Brand, Inc. projects. Undertake strategy creation for contingency planning, risk mitigation, resource planning and program implementation. Managed a project to implement SAP in a large Spectrum acquisition.

Worked at QBE in Sun Prairie, WI on the IT Accenture Transformation Project.

Oversee projects for the Commercial Farm/Ranch Division.

Directs the product and pricing management functions to provide support for Commercial Farm/Ranch Operations. Responsible for building Commercial and Farm/Ranch products and enhancements, pricing selection guidelines, compliance, rating programs, and division communication, all designed to enhance quality and manage Commercial Farm/Ranch lines of business with a focus on growth in profitable markets. Provides strategic leadership and manages people, systems, projects and division communication to achieve division and departmental goals.

Responsible for defining, implementing, administering and improving the division's quality management system and quality programs in support of Corporate and Commercial Farm/ranch Division goals and objectives.

Oversee the development of Guidewire's PolicyCenter software for the Commercial Farm/Ranch Division

Promoted to lead and strategically manage all operational and sales activity for CUNA Mutual Group’s Consumer Products. This diverse groups of products consisted of documents, web applications, student loans and a web calculation tool.• Managed an existing client base that focused on developing and supporting insurance lending products.• The area consisted of the following products; LOANLINER Documents, loanliner.com Web Application and Student Loans.• Partnered with IT/Business leaders in incorporating technology with products/services that facilitated delivery efficiency and cost savings.• Applied strong communication skills working with vendors and clients that provided quality solutions at competitive costs.• While leading the team; increased revenue from $19 million to $27 million.• Increased profit from negative ($8.5) million in 2002 to $2.6 million in 2003 and obtained a goal of 500 credit union technology customers.
