As CIO, I was the principal strategist for IT processes and initiatives in the areas of information security, enterprise architecture, and IT infrastructure. I designed and led the implementation of CA's information security program. I directed concurrent technology projects, including infrastructure projects and migrating applications to cloud solutions, in line with aggressive timeline, quality and budget requirements. Designing and transforming strategies and technology roadmaps into effective services and ensuring they align with business requirements are my strengths. I provided technology consulting and assessed new and emerging technologies against evolving internal information security requirements and industry standards. As CIO and VP, I was responsible for strategy, technology direction, architecture and delivery of enterprise applications. As subject matter expert, I developed architecture focusing on business, software, data, security, and infrastructure; point of contact for technology vendors and business stakeholders. I was tasked with managing high achieving diverse groups of software developers, hardware engineers and security specialists, full time employees in the US and offshore contractors. I supported call centers, including development staff in the UK. Delivering architecture framework and technology roadmaps ensuring development and maintenance plans aligned with business strategy was my forte. I was responsible for licensing, program budget, forecasting and vendor relationships.
