Charles (Chuck) Banker brings over 25 years of extensive industry and global experience in manufacturing, having held key leadership roles at major companies such as ITW and Parker Hannifin, as well as with private equity firms, Berkshire Partners and European Capital. Throughout his career, Banker has been involved in more than 50 acquisitions and led teams of 5,000+ employees. His well-rounded expertise stems from a diverse range of cross-functional roles. Early in his career, he focused on commercial activities, leading international sales and marketing efforts across 100+ countries. Later, he gained operational leadership experience, managing manufacturing and distribution centers in countries such as Canada, China, England, Germany, India, Mexico and the United States.In January 2022, Banker was appointed President & CEO of Snell Manufacturing, where he spearheaded a strategy for profitable growth.
