• Led definition of and launched multiple data-protection solutions for file, application and database encryption• Working for Ingrian Networks, a start-up ($15.1M annual revenue) that was acquired by SafeNet, enhanced Ingrian’s product positioning/messaging/pricing. Re-focused and re-invigorated sales efforts by marketing an integrated solution to address compliance needs. These actions contributed to growing the business to its highest revenue level.

• Led the integration of key products and strategies from Rainbow Inc. (acquired March 2004) into the Rights Management Business Unit, Embedded Division (revenues grew from $19.3M in 2003 to $56.0M in 2004 including 20% annual organic growth)• Led the integration of key products and strategies from Cylink (acquired Feb. 2003) into the Enterprise Division (revenues grew from $13.9M in 2002 to $46.9M in 2003 including 25% organic growth)• Rapidly established a product management department for the Enterprise Division with responsibility for overall market/product strategy and execution
