As a highly analytical, experienced operations professional I've been equally comfortable and effective working on projects with design and tooling engineers, doing root-cause analyses, and looking for trends in sales release data as I have in a university environment, working with undergraduates, graduates, and administrators to develop different ways to increase student wellness and retention.It is this diverse experience that's made me unique. And my dozens hours of training and experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and diversity gives me a near-endless well of patience, empathy, and understanding. Considering all perspectives is integral in devising the most beneficial action plans, for diffusing emotionally-charged situations, and achieving cross-functional strategic goals.My high emotional intelligence and deeply methodical frame of mind seem to some like a strange dichotomy; but for me, it's two sides of the same coin. It's how I successfully get to the bottom of things without ending up at the top of anyone's (naughty-four-letter-word) list.KEY SKILLS:✳︎ Communication - Quickly tailor message based on recipient's needs and preferences✳︎ Analysis - Excel, Numbers, Access, Sudoku, crosswords, etc.✳︎ Presentation - PowerPoint, Keynote, public speaking✳︎ SAP - MM functions mostly, but I'll learn anything -- PDQ✳︎ Organization - A place for everything and everything in it's place -- tangible, virtual or otherwise✳︎ Leadership - Needed for keeping hundreds of coeds in line ever year, but useful elsewhereI'm actively seeking opportunities that take full advantage of my experience and abilities, and have even greater enthusiasm for those in which I can learn and grow further.
