The majority of my time involves the preparation of onboarding new clients and creating a strategy to adapt to the ever-changing benefits administration landscape. This focus serves to educate our clients and provide resources about how ebenefit is providing custom solutions to mitigate those challenges. Internally, we continuously discuss and share practices, ideas, programs and initiatives that are in place or are being established to improve the manner in which employee benefits and benefit administration is delivered. The fact that we are able to deliver valuable solutions in a variety of formats is something I feel our clients appreciate.I maintain relationships with brokers and their clients throughout the nation, working with both new business and existing client engagement. By interfacing directly with our broker partners and their clients, I am able to assist with sharing our goals and efforts with external audiences and prospective clients.
