Gan Assurances, part of the Groupama group, is the 4th independent insurance network in France. Our mission is to help and protect professionals and thus, to contribute to the good health of the local economy. As digital projects manager, my main responsibilities are :- Owning 2 successive digital projects for the B2B segment of Gan Assurances (SCRUM framework) +25 teams members in 3 different group entities- Managing product strategy and advising Gan board- Conducting project from initial analysis to design of a complete new digitized process (car dealer insurance market)- Launch of ePro (first mobile underwriting application of Gan) to the 900 French agents of Gan Assurances

As regional development manager for Gan, I have Led +100 insurance entrepreneurs in 13 years and in 3 successive locations. My main missions was to : - Enpower agents to develop business and growth of their agencies- Conduct annual negotiations with agents- Hire new agents and help agents to hire- Design and launch local promotional operations

AMV is in the top 3 of motorbike insurances in the french market. As Regional sales specialist, my missions were to :- Develop AMV sales for +500 motorbike dealers (results : +15% growth / year)- Manage 10 000 contracts sales / year
