Covid-19 On Island Testing LabSuccessfully delivered the implementation of the OpenCell Covid PCR Testing laboratory, including Supplier evaluation and procurement, site selection, technical & clinical testing, and logistical delivery. This facility was successfully brought online against very aggressive timescales and amidst a challenging global environment.Covid-19 Vaccination Status CertificationLed the Project to design, develop and implement Jersey’s Covid Status Certificates. This required collaboration with local and National clinical bodies to ensure proscribed technical requirements were met to allow Islanders to resume off-Island travel.Contact Tracing TeamImplemented a new standardised training schedule for new starters along with comprehensive Mental Health Wellbeing procedures. Involved with setting up new Contact Tracing teams and implementing logistical requirements.

Automation ProjectA 30-month, Agile software development project to automate the provisioning of broadband services for customers. VoLTE Project Delivered a successful trial of a new high-definition phone service (Voice over LTE) to a staff and customers. The results were very positive, and it is now planned to roll out to 60,000 subscribers in due course.Branch TransformationSuccessfully implemented hardware updates to all offshore branches and offices of a high street bank. A total of 50 transformations were completed with no client or customer impact. Project delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.

Core systems upgradesSuccessfully delivered company-wide updates of core systems to allow multi-currency transactions. Project was delivered on time and under budget.US Telecommunications TaxationIn order to allow the business to calculate US telecommunication taxation, completed a project to develop a software solution to generate customer invoices and file individual tax returns on a state-by-state basis.

Senior Consultant/ Project ManagerResponsibilities:• Leadership of an ever expanding team of developers and analysts, and completing the IOD Diploma provided new skills which were invaluable in steering the business forwards.• At this time, TCB also brokered strategic partnerships with a development team in Malta and a trust and company management business in Canada, providing access to over 100 developers and support staff. IT Manager (2008 – 2011) Responsibilities: • As TCB grew, acquired the IT development department of a major local technology company. This presented challenges in integrating the new team members, and managing the client handover process.• Obtaining the PRINCE2 qualification provided skills to manage all development projects undertaken at that time, while at the same time remaining hands on as a developer.• Software was developed for businesses across many different business sectors, including designing and building an EBT platform for a major high street bank incorporating over 10,000 senior employees.Key Skills:• Project Management, Team Leadership, Business Analysis.• SQL Server, Change Management Training.
