With the addition of digital networks , its subsidiary JCDecaux Australia needs a new Front Office system in order to manage inventory, sales (bookings, contracts, invoices) and posting. Missions: Helped the project managers with the deployment of a new sales and asset management system, aDeasy, in the Australian subsidiary. Trained the key users on the applications. Directed working sessions to better understand the subsidiary needs. Conducted performance tests and operational acceptance testing.

Context : Born in 2015, API-first company and the leading AI-powered HR data automation platform.Missions :In charge of press relations (100 journalists) and campus relations: participation to the Datajob exhibition in November 2015. After-sales service and technology watch. Community Management: 1-2 blog posts/day, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. Won a 2-month training in partnership between HEC and 42, HEC-42 Digital Entrepreneur, at the Startup Booster Competition. Pitched the startup in front of VC's. Launched a new product for Schools in January: responsible for all clients’ relations (37 Business Schools contacted). Established a multichannel marketing plan. Increased website visits by 37% in 2 months.

Part-time school project (1 day a week). Worked in an interdisciplinary team of 8 students from ESSEC, Strate College Design and Centrale. Encouraged multidisciplinary collaboration during design phase. In charge of client relations (reporting twice a week).
