- Plan, organise and manage the tasks executed by the security officers related to physical security.- Implement and manage policies, procedures, plans and directives in relation to physical security. - Develop, implement and coordinate organisation wide security awareness programmes.- Provide assistance for recruitment, training and assessment of security officers.- Administer security equipment and supplies.- Assess threats and risks, and implement security (counter) measures for specific situations and events.- Represent the organisation at national and international level in security related matters.- Provide active support in the development and implementation of security related projects. - Maintain a good relationship with the law enforcement, intelligence and public service community and/or other organisations engaged in security and crisis management.

• Responsible for the management and supervision of the Security Units in relation with the following tasks and responsibilities:• Building a new security unit for the 5 individual different hotels based on a safety & security agreement in the Schiphol airport region. • Developing a Safety & Security organisation and implement this in the various hotels.• Assess the risks, make annual risk assessments in the hotels, • Maintain a good relationship with the law enforcement, intelligence and public service community and/or other organisations engaged in security and crisis management.advising the Head office in several projects;• A first aid training plan (BHV) custom made for Hotels• Development of a corporate introduction safety Security film for (new) staff• Development of a corporate risk assessment tool.
