Charles has advised numerous startups ranging from seed to series B, helping them scale to their first $10M in sales.Prior to his consulting, Charles was VP of sales at Datagen, where he built and scaled the sales organization from the ground up, all the way to series B. During his tenure, the company sold its synthetic data platform to leading AI companies including Meta, Amazon, Google, Samsung, and Apple.Before that, Charles was head of partnerships at Dynamic Yield, the next generation personalization OS, based on state-of-the-art machine learning solutions in the field of recommendation systems and personalization. Charles also co-founded Now In Store, a SaaS marketing solution for retailers which served 30,000 SMBs. He also co-founded Juliette & Chocolat, a chocolate retail chain, considered a dessert landmark in Montreal and voted “best chocolate” by Montrealers.Charles is also the Founder & Organizer of MTL + ECOMMERCE, a retail tech event in Montreal which counts over 3,000 active members and featured keynote speakers from companies like Shopify, Hubspot, and LightSpeed Retail.
