My name is Charles B. Wilson, but most know me as Chuck. I am a team leader and organizational manager with a strong technology and operations background. I consider myself a technology generalist with focuses in data management/manipulation, process flow management, business analysis, and user experience.I have held positions such as Graphics Technology Specialist, Technology Consultant, Multimedia Manager, Membership and Technology Manager, Vice President of Operations and Technology, and Director of Technology Operations within Technology, Commercial, Non-profit, and Educational organizations. I have lead teams and departments ranging in size from two to fifty members. I am comfortable in a leadership role, working directly with peers, and working independently as the needs arise. I shift easily between working in strategic and tactical roles, am always willing to explore new ideas, and am constantly learning and developing new skills.My skills include department and staff management, technology analysis and research, design and implementation, process flow management, business analysis, data architecture, strategic planning, troubleshooting, budgeting, project management, reporting & statistics, technical documentation, coding, graphic design, presentations, and training.I have been solely responsible for, collaborated with, or led teams in accomplishing projects such as data system implementation, database architecture and migration, designing inter-system communications, website development, server installation, network design and deployment, departmental reorganization, new branding and policy creation, and implementing new best practices for business management and processes.When not in meetings or attached to one end of a computer, I enjoy reading, writing, theater, fishing, boating, and camping. I have also practiced traditional martial arts for many years developing discipline, focus, and patience that I utilize throughout my life and career.
