As a business leader, Chuck supports over 80 senior Relationship Managers in the field both regionally and nationally. At the start of his career, Chuck earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. After spending a year as an Assistant Buyer in retail, he joined a Pittsburgh-based financial institution focused on domestic and global equity funds as an Account Administrator in its Institutional Customer Service department. Furthermore, Fawcett was accepted into the University of Pittsburgh's Master of Business Administration program in and obtained an MBA in Finance in 1990 after taking classes part time. During his tenure with the firm, Chuck performed as Vice President, Director of Marketing and Product Development, and was a Special Projects leader before obtaining the title of Director of Alliances. In his roles, Fawcett worked with many of the company’s product launches and aided in expanding its assets through several acquisitions.
