I work closely with all sectors of the of the build. Planning facilities and activations locations around the circuit, as well as working with the track team to ensure the build meets the requirements from FIA and CAMS. In this roll I also managed the Fire Services Contacts as well as, the Temporary Vehicle and Pedestrian Flooring Contracts. As a superintendent of contracts on large project with tight declines, a skill set of good management, scheduling and diplomacy are abilities that are used daily. The Australian Grand Prix is one of the largest temporary recurrent project in the Southern Hemisphere, with this comes a high level of detail that need to be achieved in a short amount of time

In particular, I have been involved in retaining clients to the firm, creating content and managing the business’ finances and accounts. Some of firm’s clients to date include:Companies: Stella Artois, Koala, LinkedIn, The Bucha of Byron and Garden State Hotel;Musicians: Vancouver Sleep Clinic and Two Can; andSocial Media Influencers: Lilly Sabri, Justin St Paul and Morgan Waterhouse.My role within the business includes:Managing company accounts;Liaising with clients;Briefing clients;Managing the day to day operations of the business;Promoting and advertising our services;Negotiating fees and the scope of work; andManaging client expectations.

The Bucha Of ByronI worked as a Brand Ambassador for The Bucha Of Byron in Melbourne. My role included generating sales of the product on behalf of the business, drafting and vetting client orders and managing relationships between the business and its clients. This experience taught me invaluable sales skills, through having pitched the product to prominent cafes, restaurants and bars in and around Melbourne’s CBD.

Whilst studying at RMIT University, I successfully completed an intern at Russell Barrett Architects. During my time at the firm, I gained invaluable experience in all facets of architecture. I worked as a Bar Manger for Ed Dixon Food Design in Melbourne. This experience significantly enhanced my organization and management skills. My role within the company was to provide catering services for events. In this high intensity role, I often dealt with unforeseen obstacles, different social settings and long hours.My role included:Ensuring the Bar was adequately stocked to meet the demands of the forecasted event turnout;Rescheduling and organizing the employee roster;Managing the expectations of clients;Ensuring the venue was aesthetically adequate, prior to the event taking place;Dealing with on-the-job issues, including but not limited to complaints, employee concerns and venue related issues; andManaging the post-event clean up.

GK&F ChirnsideHaving been raised on a family agricultural farm, I have been assisting my father in running and managing the family business since I was 8 years old. I still regularly return home on weekends to work on the farm.My experiences in running the day-to-day operations of the business, have afforded me a wealth of practical, hands-on experience in building and repairing, as well as in maintaining machinery, fencing and housing. I have often utilised my architectural drawing skills to assist my father in designing and positioning perimeter fencing, as well as on one occasion a neighbouring property’s rammed earth house.In addition to the above, I have been managing cropping programs and ensuring the survival of family livestock from young age. These experiences have taught me the value of patience, organisation and hard work. Other key skills I have learnt from my involvement in farming include:Problem solving under pressure;Time managementWelding for the purposes of creating and repairing machinery; andBasic mechanical skills (due to often having to fix farming vehicles).

During the winter of 2014 I worked as a lift attendant for Cardona Alpine resort in New Zealand. The season I worked was on of the busiest seasons in the last decade, due to Cadrona being home to the 2014 Winter Games.Some of the task I completed during my employment in Cadrona, New Zealand included:Training new lift attendants;Providing assistance to guests and staff as directed;Assisting with equipment inspections (as directed while under supervision);Maintaining safety standards and ensuring the safety of lift users;Responding to emergency situations in relation to medical evacuations and search and rescues;Maintaining and ensuring compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations;Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with resort staff, resort stakeholders, guests and external agencies.
