I work in the U.S. and abroad to ensure that airport development projects meet all applicable environmental standards and regulations including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). My primary responsibilities include preparation of technical analyses, evaluation of alternatives, oversight of project budgets, document preparation, coordination with environmental regulatory agencies, and implementation of the public participation process in support of Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and specialized airport-specific environmental studies. My technical specialty includes air quality analyses. I have prepared emission inventories of the criteria and precursor pollutants, greenhouse gas assessments, lead analyses, construction emissions inventories, climate change analysis, and dispersion analysis.
