Customer Liaison Manager - Milestone InfrastructureI lead sustainability, stakeholder engagement, community outreach, and internal and external communications for Hampshire Highways.- I created the Carbon Strategy for Hampshire Highways, which was recognised as a Finalist in the sector awards for Environmental Sustainability. I engaged senior directors and stakeholders in workshops, I led trials in carbon reducing innovation, and I supported the collating of accurate carbon data across the service.- I developed a recruitment partnership in collaboration with a learning disability charity to employ individuals with special educational needs and disabilities, leading to ITV media coverage.- I lead the end-to-end recruitment and retention of apprentices and trainees. As a STEM Ambassador I have engaged over 3,000 students in mock interviews, presentations, and careers events.- I created health, safety and well-being campaigns that delivered a comprehensive approach to individuals wellbeing, leading to a notable increase in positive prevention near-miss incidents.- I project lead and write the Annual Reviews of the highways service for local politicians, which improved the perception and political support for highway maintenance.Graduate Management Programme - John Lewis- John Lewis Management Programme, I have proven experience leading teams and delivering success in changing and challenging environments. - Recognised for my leadership potential I have influenced at senior levels, supported implementation of city wide collaborative projects, as well as contributing to business wide cultural change. Vice Chair Safer Plymouth Board- Elected in May 2013 for a year long term by unanimous vote by the rest of the board. Responsibilities include: standing in for the Chair when absent, promoting the interests of those not attended at the board, providing strategic leadership throughout Plymouth in relation to crime prevention, and currently leading on a public consultation.Vice President Welfare and Community, University Plymouth Students’ Union- Represent a body of over 30,000 students with the specific remit of: safety and security, equality and diversity, volunteering, accommodation, mental and physical well-being, sustainability, and community integration.
