Channeling my inner-entrepreneur and delving into the manufacture and marketing of kid-safe jewelry. Our first product, 925Friends(TM) friendship charms and bracelets launched nationally in 2015.

Provided IT leadership to the global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) function. Oversaw the development/execution of EHS’s IT systems strategy & long term roadmap. Aligned technology solutions with strategies. Efficiently developed and utilized people, equipment, methodologies, and processes to implement these solutions. Developed project proposals. Set priorities across a range of internal & external resources. Balanced a dual reporting relationship to EHS and IT.

Created and managed the IT organization charged with facilitating the implementation of customer facing eCommerce solutions. Encouraged the adoption of advanced technologies within PPG’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and IT functional organizations.

Built and led an internal skill center focused on new technology development, decision support, and driving innovation for PPG’s Coatings and Chemicals SBUs.
