My position there was under Food & Beverage department, I've been assigned in different position like Server, Server Assistant, In Room Dining also Bar back & Bartending. My internship experience in the hospitality industry has taught me the value of providing positive, individualized service to all customers. I was trained as a Banquet Waiter in a Food and Beverage department for 600 hours as a requirement for my Internship at Midas Hotel and Casino. I've also been assigned in Yanagi Japanese Cuisine Restaurant and in Midas Cafe. Aside from these experiences, I also had the privilege to serve as a banquet waiter for the VIP guests in Colgate Company with approximately 500 people. In line with this, I was also given the chance to serve Mr. Sebastian Z. Duterte and his party list in an Executive lounge with the Minister along with the Japanese executives from the Embassy. Lastly, I served Japanese students during their seminar in Midas Hotel And casino. Having stated all these gained experiences, I can confidently say that I have learned to work effectively in a team. Being a team player, I have also acquired the knowledge and skills to be able to serve the guests with excellent customer service.

I was trained here as a Bellman in Front Office department for 300 hours. As a requirement for my internship at G Hotel Manila by Waterfront. I learn how to interact effectively with different kinds of nationality and I usually tour the guest around the hotel by showing the amenities and facilities that we offer and also for them to be familiarize where to go. lastly I learn how to accommodate the guest properly and handle guests complain.
