Sourced, selected and marketed new products that immediately gained market share. Developed and trained national network of sales representatives to set up dealer network and expand customer base and increase sales. Established relationships with National accounts. Worked with customer service department to improve service levels and company's overall perception in the industry.

Worked with sales representatives and distributors to implement sales programs as directed. Established distribution programs for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions that exceeded sales goals annually. Implemented a comprehensive sales training program that was used company wide for other regions of the country. Hired and trained West Coast Regional Sales Manager.

Lines represented: Robern, Thermasol, Strasser, Woodpro, Gatco, Opella, Danze, Transolid, MAAX, LeBijou, Price Pfister, Kingsman Fireplaces.Developed distribution program for the Northeast for Robern, Maax, Strasser and Transolid that helped grow territory to number 1 in the country. Worked with Management of Danze on development of faucet line designs, materials, finishes and construction. Also worked with team from Danze to create a replacement parts program for complete line that helped to secure credibility with plumbers and end users.Developed new programs that helped Agency achieve recognition as top producer for Robern, Woodpro, Danze and Strasser.(1999-2003)

Began as journeyman plumber and worked my up to counter sales, purchasing, showroom design, showroom manager, general manager, VP. Gained valuable amounts of sales experience and product knowledge in the plumbing, bathroom and kitchen industry.
