Troubleshoot and provide support for the Total software suite. This includes Total Connect, and Total Sketch. The Total software suite is an appraisal software that is used for appraising properties. Duties included troubleshooting, educating and reporting of issues with the Total software.

Kronos software internal support - Import and export of employee / payroll data for the Kronos system. Import from multiple outside systems such as ADP / Peoplesoft for employee data. Export back out to ADP for payroll purposes. Developing, testing and implementing new processes, interfaces, work rules, and accrual polices for the Kronos system. Educating users and managers on usage of the program, editing missing punches, vacation requests, correcting profiles for managers and users to make sure that they are in the correct department. Software quality control, bug reporting and resolutions. Troubleshooting the incorrect pay checks, incorrect pay. Help provide solutions for current and new projects or issues that are presented to the team.
