-Philadelphia Brewery Finder Website: part of a 5 member team created a website with JavaScript Vue framework on the frontend, and MVC API in Java on the backend, with and SQL database. The website listed brewery's in Philadelphia, their information, and what beer they brewed. This website also listed all the beers added by brewers, and users could leave reviews of beers. My main task was on the… Show more -Philadelphia Brewery Finder Website: part of a 5 member team created a website with JavaScript Vue framework on the frontend, and MVC API in Java on the backend, with and SQL database. The website listed brewery's in Philadelphia, their information, and what beer they brewed. This website also listed all the beers added by brewers, and users could leave reviews of beers. Users registered as Brewers could add or remove beers, and update their brewery information. My main task was on the frontend JavaScript Vue, establishing JSON objects returned from API backend to display on webpage. -Programmer’s Pursuit: Was part of a 6 member team recreating the board game Trivial Pursuit with programming topics in a web application. Used Spring MVC framework, JDBC database connections to build the game. Worked with a team to organize Agile development strategy and used 3 day sprints to get the project working on time. This was a side project in addition to Tech Elevator assigned work and capstones.-Vending Machine Program: Built command line program using Java and Object Oriented Programming concepts to take and update total money, purchase a limited number of items and update quantity, and return change to user-National Parks Program: Using a SQL database of national parks and their campgrounds, created a command line program to reserve campsites with Data Access Object pattern, the JSP Standard Tag Library, and Spring application framework-National Parks Web Application: Using the Model View Control system, created a dynamic website that drew information from a PostgreSQL database, used JDBC methods and Spring MVC framework to deliver a list of parks, used HTML concepts to link parks to detail pages, and used HTML and GET/POST concepts to save a form of favorited parks by user submission. Used CSS and Flex box concepts to format and aesthetically edit the website. Show less
