Provides ongoing NetSuite and OpenAir support to Accounting, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support. Leads software integrations with NetSuite. Designs and executes release test plans for NetSuite and OpenAir. Administers ERP ticket queue while enhancing company’s NetSuite system (using custom records, workflows, and suitescripts).
