Sunstone was the largest manufacturer and distributor of sterling silver jewelry in the US, both for big box retail and smaller independents. I led the manufacturing, distribution, customer service and forecasting functions with significant support for product development in the US, China, India and Thailand.

I led all operations, supply chain and product development for the company with locations in Chicago, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Toronto and supported other distributors in the UK and Australia.Key measures of success were improved lead times for product development, and increased inventory turns without sacrificing customer service -- all which functioned to increase cash flow significantly which led to the eventual successful sale of the company for a high multiple of EBIT.
