The Podium platform is a sales tool utilised by NAB as well non-NAB aligned mortgage brokers. It combines Salesforce as the CRM system with internally built software to provide the mortgage brokers with the following capabilities:- Multiple product search, - sales and simulation tools, - electronic loan lodgement, - management of commissions paid- And comprehensive reporting capabilities. My key achievements so far include:- Management of the business case phase of the Podium program of work.- Successfully presenting at the NAB group investment committee to secure funding for the program of work - Building a solid relationship with the project sponsor, as well as the CEOs of the mortgage aggregator businesses owned by NAB.- Shaping the delivery phase of the program of work.- Management of the relationship with external vendors (Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud, and SEMA) to ensure that NAB is receiving the best outcome.- Securing the internal and external resources required to shape and deliver the program.- Successfully rescuing a troubled project that missed 2 deployment dates (a delay of 6 month). Agri Risk Weighted Assets (RWA):The aim of this project is to fine tune the credit scoring model used for the agriculture sector of Business Banking to better suit the nature of the sector. My key responsibilities are:• Work closely with the business sponsor and the business project manager to define the requirements, and to create a business case to present at the investment subcommittee to secure funding for this project• Establish the project costs and schedule• Establish the technology project team to design and build the required solution• Manage the various other aspects of project management (eg: risk and issues, stakeholder management...).

As a result of this new process the project is no longer dependant on a long weekend for go live. This will save Vanguard a considerable amount of time and expense.• Restructured the project’s testing team and introduced standard testing processes. This resulted in a very structured and efficient team with a clear objective and processes to follow.• Initiated weekly one on one meetings with all the project’s key stakeholders (business line managers) to keep them up to date with the project status and to enable me to get the views of the crew members impacted by the change. • Managed the project’s schedule and finances and made sure that they were aligned with the programme’s goals and objectives.• Refined and managed the reporting process used for the project. This included status reports, risk and issues, and change requests.
