As the Reward and People Analytics Lead within the Organisational Effectiveness team, I partner with senior stakeholders within the business to help them achieve commercial outcomes through the use of workforce data. Within this role, I also manage the Performance & Reward program within BIG W.• Through consultation with HR and Operations, developed and launched an interactive People Dashboard with a focus on levers that our business leaders can actively manage. This has resulted in an increase in workforce utilisation, data quality and a much greater emphasis on using workforce insights when solving business problems• Developed the BIG W HR Strategy Scorecard for FY18, complete with the necessary reporting and analytics that has resulted in increased accountability for the enterprise objectives• Continue to build analytical capability of HR professionals within the business to enable workforce planning for operationally critical roles
